I have had about 3lbs of coffee in the past 2 weeks. two cartons of smokes, and about 4 hours per night. Last night, I was awake til 5 and up at 8. Not working, just couldn't sleep.

And yes, there's stress. LOTS of it.

So,,,last night, I got this tightness about my throat, my lungs didn't hurt. But I couldn't breathe. Everytime I swallowed, I puked up nothing but the water I was drinking and mucus. LOTS OF MUCUS. I slept a few hours last night, got some psuedoephedrine to get rid of the mucus, and Ibuprofen for the sore throat. When the model is done, I'm going to bed for a couple days. :satana:
