Riddel gave me the guy's number, good guy. I had another dude come out and give a good price only to never return any of my calls. New guy did more for the same price.

I'll be home around 3...so drop off the split firewood after that. I'll have a couple wheelbarrels ready for you and your helper to move the load round back and stack neatly. :xyzthumbs

$2500, they were big ass trees with alot of limbs that needed to be trimed on the ones that didn't come all the way down

Five smaller ones were $500 of that

worst part is that that my friends have always joked that their was a man eating clown that lived in my attic, they were going to put a clown in my bathroom via the crawlspace when I had the floor torn out and was out of town one weekend

That sounds like a reasonable price. About seven years ago I looked into having a laarge old oak cut down and the guy wanted 1000 for that. Sounds like your large oaks were about 1000 of your cost. I might need to look into your guys when I get finished doing my fence and renovating my dungeon.

Sweet. Homasote. Queen City Lumber has it. Keeps the echos down too if you install it over the insulation. And you can paint it without finishing it like drywall.

can it be stapled up? Im not really working on that project yet. have a little deck to build for a hot tub off the entrance to this room first, then privacy panels for the backyard, then the back room. Ive been putting siding on my garage the last couple of weekends but this humidity has slowed me somewhat.
