    I just don't have the stomach to deal with that. And it could work, not to shit on the idea. That's just not really a situation I would want to deal with, especially if Bridgewater doesn't work out.

    I know, but I'm confident that Bridgewater will be a better pro QB than Newton.

    y take on Manziel.

    Being from Texas, I have a lot of friends that were talking like he was God incarnate or something so I tried to watch some of the A&M games. I think he is a huge risk. First, he is quick. But not fast. I don't know that the quickness will transfer to the NFL. Second, his passing abilities seem to be a question mark. To me a lot of his throws didn't have a lot of velocity and seemed to float. I was actually more impressed with Mike Evans after watching a few A&M games. Manziel would also make throws into double or triple coverage. I'm not a QB expert, but his release seems low too. Couple all that with maturity issues and I have to wonder about his chance of success in the NFL. I wish him success, but I think he has too many question marks.

    Arm strength is a fair criticism. I just disagree with everyone who says his athleticism won't translate to the NFL. Why the hell wouldn't it? Because he's white?

    I have to see Johnny M be a pocket guy before I believe it. I just think he is too small to run around and be Tarkenton in this day and age, and he's not exceptionally fast either. Fresh meat.

    That's the thing. The level of athleticism in the NFL is levels higher than in college He got away with it in college. I don't see it happening as much in the pros where everyone runs like deers
