Yet, in his message he neglected to thank his teammates. Could not believe it.

Up until yesterday cam deserved to be MVP of the league. Yesterday he did not look like an MVP as a player largely because he was not supported worth a shit . . .

By shula in his crappy play calling

By his HC for deciding to punt with time left on the clock

By OTs that lacked the skill, talent, and shear athleticism

By Tolbert who could not hold onto the damn ball

Yes, philly, ginn and funchess each made ONE awesome play BUT ultimately, By his receivers who either couldn't get open or had key drops/tips

Cam did not look like MVP as a damn man yesterday and HE alone is to blame for that . . .

By not staying positive and trying to rally his teammates in adversity

By conceding in the 4th quarter, and not just the disinterest in grabbing a lose ball. I'm pretty sure that even jimmy clausen would have at least tried to recover that fumble

By throwing a temper tantrum after Wolfe crushed him outside the pocket and with one step (legal hit on a scrambling QB)

By hanging his head on the sideline

By acting like a spoiled baby in the post game interview

Newton needs to study lots of footage of how Peyton Manning has handled himself with the media . .. both after loses AND wins, and as the leader of a football team
The age difference between those two isn't nearly as wide as the maturity and class level

cam will have a lot of work to do in the offseason to start earning back respect

I might be wrong here, but him behaving the way he did yesterday reinforces that he's been a bloody phony all along.

Was giving all of those kids those footballs to kids done out of the kindness or to enhance his image?

True colors revealed? What's the old saying; "Football doesn't build character, it reveals it?"

No, he does a lot for kids and the community. While giving the balls to kids could be thought as two fold, I think he honestly does if for the kids and the game.

I don't like a lot about him and will pile on, but I'll defend that one.
