She isn't mentally retarded. There are varying levels of disability. For example, a person with a visual or auditory processing disorder is considered disabled.

From what I've read, she's a money grubbing whore looking for a payout.

Do "mentally retarded" people with IQ's in the 60's have the ability to care and/or babysit children? I wouldn't think so. She has a very minor disability. This is a case of a money grubber and an overzealous DA trying to make a name for themselves.

 

I'm not doubting you just curious of the source.

 

I have been following the story since it happened. Comcast Sports Bay Area gives an update on the story a few times per week.

As the rape kit has indicated, there was sexual contact. She may have a disability, but it's not to the degree that the media in sensationalizing it to be.

DS is a fucking bolt bag and he's had problems with women for quite some time. Might be the one time he isn't guilty.
