    Let each QB have the ball the way he wants it. Can't see why that would cause a problem. I don't follow every rule either, but when I get caught breaking one, I pay. Even if it is a stupid rule.

    They definitely have a scofflaw mentality up there.

    The petty nature of it is probably what bothers a lot of people. The arrogance of it. It's the "if I get caught, it won't matter because it doesn't matter" mentality. That's not very attractive.

    If true, and I think you're correct, then it would be nice to see him stand up and take responsibility instead of letting his coach take the blame.

    He is undoubtedly furious at Brady for putting him and the team in this position.

    I think it would be epic if Belichick benched Brady. He won't, but that would win him an infinite amount of goodwill that one more ring couldn't buy him.
