Apparently Voth is saying it is decided, no more Hardy. In a way, I get it.

Paid him 13 mil, a big part of which was turned over to the blackmailer. Which I am sure, getting off that way rather than being cleared by evidence did not go over big.

And then Hardy did not stick close to the team/facilities which was (I think) negotiated into the deal to get him paid/put on the exempt list. Rap records.

Then there is the prospect of him continuing to behave stupidly, chase coke whores, hang out with the wrong people in general, a possible ban altogether down the line if he messes up. Not to mention the 6 games he may well still have to miss to start 2015.

I don't think I ever really thought it was a lock we would sign him long term anyway, thought the tag was done to buy time to get restocked at DE.

 

Don't forget Indy's owner. Hasn't it been a year he was driving fucked up on liquor and prescription drugs? What if any penalty did he receive?
