    I'm cool with it. Getting something for a player (roster spot) that wasn't going to be here in the first week. So Barner isn't going going to be our return guy. Who is?

    No big loss and gives the young man a chance to hook up with his old coach and hopefully make their squad.

    RB/KR Kenjon Barner needs to be on Eagles’ 46-man active roster for at least four games for a 7th-rd pick to be sent to Carolina.

    I guess you wouldn't have any way to know but is that only for '14 or the entire time he might be an Eagle? He could not suit up, but stay on their roster all year and we wouldn't get shit.

    Not that he really looks like he's worth anything anyway, but maybe he is with a team that can get him the ball in space, and it's a different story.

    Not cut isn't the same as on the gameday active roster. 46, not 53. But you know that.

    No matter, unless we get Hurney to pick our 7th (he was good at those late rounds), we won't get shit out of it anyway from the looks of things.

    So Gettleman drafted two running backs his first two years and none of them are on the roster. That's terrific.

    Apparently the condition is that Barner has to be on Philly's 46 man gameday roster at least four games this year.
