No it will just be Steve Smith kicking our ass again in a 50-10 loss. And we'll forever be remembered as the team that made a Super Bowl with a losing record and the team that cut Steve Smith.

Kuechly will sign the largest contract ever for a defender during the super bowl bye following his uncalled PI that gets us to the big one. He will have a career ending injury trying to tackle 89 in garbage time.

    If Baltimore wins tonight:

    Atlanta 4-7
    NOLA 4-7
    Carolina 3-7-1
    Tampa 2-9

LOL funny how the NFL divisions go in cycles. 4 years ago the NFC was garbage with a sub .500 Seattle winning and now they are one if not the most competitive divisions. Last three years, three different NFC South teams win the division now this shit stain of division.

Can we make the tournament at 5-10-1?

    need to know the scenario.

We could then be an 8-10-1 superbowl champion.

Or a 7-11-1 super bowl loser.

It seems like with 5 games left, we can make this happen.

We beat NO and ATL. - 5-10-1.
ATL beats NO and loses out
NO beats ATL and loses out

Does a 5-10-1 team beat out a 5-11 team without tie breakers? I think so.

This scenario also means that we lose next week.

Week 17 would be a 1 PM NFC South battle between CAR, ATL, and NO all battling division rivals for the division crown with 5 wins.

Atlanta probably doesn't do better than 6-10 with their remaining schedule. Three of NOLA's last five are on the road.

    6-9-1 would do it.

    That's actually somewhat plausible.

We could actually forfeit Sunday's game and still be in great shape. :panthers:
