    Take a look at the article I posted. A few teams HAVE to spend just to get up to the cap. Having money to spend doesn't mean players will come. That and a good number of players, this year didn't make the street as their own teams got them back before they got to the street. Julius Thomas must figure Peyton isn't the Super Bowl mule to latch on anymore and just went for the money

    Yeah but why not go all in for a player like Byron Maxwell? Or christ, give all of that money to Suh. That's the only reason he's going to Miami (save for maybe the great weather and hot women). Why the hell give all of that money to backups?
