    He was over drafted but could still be a good player as a 3-4 ILB too bad he doesn't want the job

    He was a damned impressive player at Alabama. It just goes to show how much personality really does matter. Get the wrong kid in the wrong situation and it goes very badly regardless of how good they are at football.
