A spineless dick at that, I don't doubt his offensive intellect but don't feel good about him at all.

I'm assuming we'll hire the absolute worst option who will stay pat with Claussen and no changes on offense. That way at least SOMETHING will surprise me and make me happy - ish. :EMOSTdungHL1:

yeah, the last days with Childress weren't great. Harder to lose your players when they're not your players, IMO.

All told, I still think he's less caustic than McDaniels.

It might have went differently for Chilly if not for Favre. He basically emasculated Chilly up there. I am not pulling for us to get Chilly but that train wreck was more or less unavoidable the moment they signed Favre.

and he did it to himself, too. He sat and waited for Favre the second year, didn't need to do so. It was a good offense excepting the quarterback otherwise, and I like what he did with the young WRs.

He didn't need to call out Favre, and his players just didn't seem to like him. Maybe he learned from that. He also need to learn from Dom and get some hair plugs.

He let Favre defy him on the sidelines too often and lost the respect of the team for it.

I'd be cool with Rivera as long as he doesn't run the 3-4 defense, we don't hace the personnel to run it.

We don't have the tackles to run a 4-3 either.

To go to a 3-4 we need a Nose Tackle, two DEs, two OLBs and maybe one ILB. To be a good 4-3 front four all we need is to resign our own guys and find at least one solid DT.

Love to have that Green Bay offense. They're hard to get off the field, down and distance just don't matter. Clements might not be such a bad option.
