I don't believe that either. He only said that because Oakland was briefly over .500 last year. He's a bandwagon fan. He'd probably be cheering for the Panthers right now had I not attacked him personally.

Besides the niners (you're a niners fan this week right?) gave away a 2,4 and a 6 for a player that a lot of folks thought would be there for you in the second rd

Always been a Niner fan. Always will be. Purchased the Raider tix as an investment and promptly earned about $600 per. Can't blame a guy for wanting to make a buck.

The Niners 1st round picks make sense. Buckner is an excellent football player. Garnett was a necessity as the Seahawks picked a Guard at pick 31. Essentially, we wanted him and felt the need to pull the trigger.

Had the Seahawks not needed him at 31, my guess is that he would have lasted until #37. He clearly wouldn't have.

Both players are immediate impact players and will start right away. Furthermore, we have 12 picks in the draft. Giving up a few isn't a big deal when you have others to spare. How can that be bad?

Seattle chose a Guard at 31. Had our guy been there, they would have drafted him. We got the better player IMO.

I don't view this as a bad deal at all, and I have zero problem blaming Baalke for bad picks.

Are you happy w/ your 1st round pick?

No. Wasn't a need. I know tgeir saying either short or star probably wont be back but tou have a year to deal with that. I would have preferred MacKenzie, althoughi have my doubts on him, or Dodd.
