    Hey Everyone,

    I know this site probably isn't meant to sell anything but I'm doing this more so as a current player who wishes they had something like this when I was in HS.

    DiamondFit Performance is a fully indoor facility that specializes in baseball specific strength & conditioning. They also offer 1-on-1 lessons with highly knowledgable and active baseball players, (both former and current college/ professional).
