Congratulations to the class of 2016’s Trevor Clemons (WCU), Luke Robinson (UNC), Andrew Robinson (WCU), Samantha Tingler (Costal Carolina), on their commitment to play college ball in the fall of 2016.




PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY IF INTERESTED IN THE SIXTH TOOL TRAINING PROGRAM

I would like to extend an invitation into my Baseball/Softball Specific Conditioning program, “THE SIXTH TOOL” . The program will begin the week of August 10th 2015 and for the next 3 weeks after that I will be conducting evaluations. This program is designed for the high school ball player that does not play another sport, however I do offer modifications for the multi-sport athlete and for 7th and 8th grade athletes. For the younger athletes (4th, 5th and 6th graders) I have alternative programs available throughout the fall and winter.

If you are interested to learn more about the program email Carmine Pagano at [email protected] and I will send you a complete overview of when and how the SIXTH TOOL PROGRAM works as well as specific goals that will be attained throughout the program. You’ll also find a list of athletes that have been through the program.

If you are a “returning” athlete of the SIXTH TOOL PROGRAM, simply email me back “SIGN ME UP” and give me a cell number to call you and I’ll get you scheduled. I will also send you the registration paperwork and the contract.


**If you are “new” to the program we must have a consultation over the phone (336-299-6266) or in person before registration IS COMPLETE for the SIXTH TOOL PROGRAM.**

I have had many players go through Carmines program and the benefits were exceptional. If you want to get baseball specific workouts this is the place to go. Be prepared to work! Coach Smith
