I fell in love with the Hops just over 2 years ago. IPAs totally changed my pallet. I can not really enjoy ambers anymore and Wheats are kind of bland now. I want to be blasted with hops. Nodas Hop Drop and Roll is great but I'll always gravitate to a west coast IPA like anything from Greenflash, Laganista or Stone

If you can find it, try the Cismontane Hop Dumptser DIPA. Excellent.

The Lost Abbey out of San Marcos, CA?

There's another craft brewery making waves out here called Clown Shoes. Ever heard of them?

I believe so. I finally got my hands on a Lost Abbey beer. It's their Devotion Ale While no where near what I like to drink in an IPA it is very similar to a sour IMO. It was pretty good/ I have never heard of Clown Shoes but have had Ass Clown Brewery beers here just north of Charlotte.

I've taken a liking to IPA's and DIPA's since you recommended them to me. Of the one's that I've tried, the Cismontane Hop Dumpster DIPA has been by far the best.

I recently tried Pliney the Elder for the first time. Talk about excellent? Wow!

The local tap room is doing a Ballast Point and Green Flash "tap takeover" at the end of the month. Close to 30 different choices. I intend to attend.
