BEEF JERKY

    I've used this method a few times and the end product is very good. I use Nesco seasonging from Amazon.


    After what's shown below, I'll cut the jerky into smaller pieces and place on an air filter, cover with another filter and allow a box fan to blow through the filters for a few hours to give it an excellent texture. You'd never guess it is from gound meat...Enjoy
