The government culture of waste and frivilous spending comes from the top down, and in this case, Barry has greatly failed in my mind at the very least not scolding his fellow dems & the reps that these types of expenditures are ridiculous and bordering on defrauding the people.

He sure as hell needs to get a bigger scalpel for cutting back on spendings. McCain ought to loan him that hatchet.

hardly. I know members from both sides of aisle in congress are responsible to doling out what has become nothing but a huge pile of pork dollars. Bush to a lesser degree presided over same BS as Obama is doing now.
